February Home Sales Report (2025)

  • +7.1% increase in median sale price ($299,950)

  • +5.4% increase in sales volume ($369,350,000)

  • +34% increase in active inventory (1,895 listings)

  • +8.4% increase in new listings (1,553 new listings)

  • +40% increase in median days on market (7 days)

January-February 2025 vs. January-February 2024

  • +6.2% increase in homes sold (2042 vs. 1922)

  • +5.6% increase in median sale price ($285,000 vs. $270,000)

  • +15.5% increase in sales volume ($710,260,000 vs. $615,120,000)

Northern Kentucky Market Statistics

February 2025 vs February 2024

  • -6.6% decrease in homes sold (383 homes vs 410 homes)

  • +11.1% increase in median sale price ($299,785 vs $269,900)

  • +3.9% increase in sales volume ($129,700,000 vs $124,900,000)

  • +9.3% increase in active inventory (826 vs 756)

  • -18% decrease in new listings (505 vs 616)

  • +7.7% increase in average days on the market (42 vs 39)
