North Bend

Greater Cincinnati Area

North Bend might be a tiny village in the extreme southwestern corner of Hamilton County with a total population of 600, but it’s a village large with history. The village is the home of William Henry Harrison- the 9th U.S. President; the birthplace of Benjamin Harrison-the 23rd President; and the cradle of local Three River’s history. North Bend, along with Quincy, MA are the only two communities in America that can claim two presidents. Harrison's tomb and monument overlooks the village. From the obelisk at the site visitors have a spectacular panorama of the Ohio River valley.

North Bend gets its name from the Ohio River, being the most northerly bend between the Muskingdom and Mississippi Rivers. New home construction and turn of the century homes sit clustered side by side with spectacular river views.
