Farmersville's aptly chosen name reflects the rural character the town has to offer.
Ten minutes southwest of Dayton in Montgomery County, residents of this rural farming community originally shared the local farms with the Shawnee Indians. 2000 residents live in a variety of properties ranging from small homes to newer frame construction along Center Street in the downtown central district.
Transportation
St. Rt. 4 and 725 offer access into Farmersville, but Germantown Pike is the primary route residents take into town.

There are several hospitals are within easy access of Farmersville: Miami Valley Hospital, Children's Medical Center and Sycamore Hospital in downtown Dayton. Middletown Regional is also nearby.
