The tiny village of New Burlington sits in one of the prettiest regions in the county, right on the edge of the 8000-acre Caesars Creek State Park. Most of the town was lost during the flooding in the 1970’s when a dam was erected to create a new 2800-acre lake. While much of the area today is primarily farmland, this area is poised for growth because of its easy access to the busy and expanding Interstate 71 corridor.
Transportation
Minutes off I71 at St. Rt. 73, the village of New Burlington is split by Ohio Rt. 380. The village is about an hour’s drive from Cincinnati.
Hospitals
The Chester Township Fire Department serves the fire and emergency needs of the village. Just 20 minutes away in Wilmington is Clinton Memorial Hospital. Greene County Memorial Hospital is in nearby Xenia.

You’re going to take a drive for any shopping needs to nearby Xenia in Greene County, Waynesville in Warren County, or nearby Wilmington. Bargain hunters like the Caesars Creek Flea Markets for weekend collectible shopping.
Recreation
If you like wide open spaces with plenty of room to pursue your hobbies, this is your area. Outdoor enthusiasts couldn’t ask for a better address than here. Swimming, fishing, sailing boating are popular on Caesar’s Creek Lake and draw recreation lovers from the entire county. Hunters have found their way here, primarily deer hunters looking for trophy class hunting. Birders like the chance to catch a glimpse of migratory birds using the lake as a stopover. More than 30 miles of bridle trails keep horse riders busy.
