Miamisburg is located in Montgomery County, approximately eight miles south of Dayton. Miamisburg got its name from the Miami Indian tribe that settled the area. 27,000 residents call the 11 square miles home. Downtown Miamisburg is the heart of the city. Soccer reigns big with over 42 acres of the Miamisburg Soccer Complex dedicated to the sport, fielding hundreds of teams. Sycamore Trails Park is a family favorite, providing neighborhood park convenience with a youth fishing pond as a special feature.
