A quiet little village of 287 residents in Northeast Warren County, Butlerville is about 35 miles from Downtown Cincinnati and three miles from Pleasant Plain.
Go seven miles in different directions from Butlerville and you'll arrive in either Blanchester, Milford or Morrow. L & M Animal Farms is near Butlerville and manufactures pet food and bedding. The company has approximately 230 employees and was recently purchased by Hartz Mountain Corp.
Transportation
From Downtown Cincinnati, take Interstate 71 north to Interstate 275 (east or south) to north on State Route 28. In approximately six miles, you turn left on State Route 132 which runs right through Butlerville. The nearest place to catch a Queen City Metro bus is in Milford, about seven miles away.
Hospitals
The two hospitals nearest Butlerville are Bethesda North in Montgomery and Clermont Mercy on State Route 32 near Batavia. Each is approximately 15 miles away from the village.
Shopping
There is a grocery store in Butlerville and you will be just 15 miles from the Eastgate shopping district, also on State Route 32. The Eastgate area has several large department stores, numerous small and large specialty shops, entertainment facilities, smaller strip malls and restaurants.
